General Production Flow

Trung Kien Joint Stock Company has been operating factories producing synchronous production lines with the capacity of tens of millions packages monthly.

With a system of machinery and equipment operating in the process of closed operation, without having to import accessories to help the production and regulate the goods are more active. Below is the general production process for bags such as BOPP bags, Adstar bags, cement bags, PP bags, etc.

1. Mixing materials (plastic beads & colored beads).
2. Yarn extruding.
3. Weaving.
4. BOPP film printing & laminating (if required).
5. Structuring.
6. Sewing or blocking bottom valve bag (with Adstar bag - if required).
7. Quality control (QC).

8. Packing & storage.
